The words confusion, or mayhem have a very negative connotation, but what if, in some instances, they turn out to have a positive effect? That is what the word Gadbad did, which means the same thing in Hindi — an Indian language.
Somewhere in the 1970s, in a town called Udupi in the southern Indian state of Karnataka, when a group of customers asked for certain flavors of ice cream that the restaurant had run out of, a mish mash of available flavors was put together along with nuts and fruits in a hurry to appease the customers. Hence, a masterpiece sundae creation ensued in a state of total chaos and haste in the kitchen. The specialty sundae became such a hit among the customers that it had to be named Gadbad under the circumstances under which it came to be. History is testament to it.
I, like the rest of the royal following, fell in love the instant it went into my mouth, and the rest is history. So, hop on, bring your carefree attitude and lots of nuttiness, and join me in making this easy and delectable sundae right in your kitchen.

Maybe learn a lesson or two from how this decadent ice-cream came to be, by not dwelling over the chaos in our lives but by channeling it to a more positive outcome. Who knows what great invention we might end up with too?
